Vegetarian Recipes From My Kitchen To Yours

ABOUT ME

I am Chitra sendhil, the unrivaled author and picture taker of this site page :) I am an unadulterated veggie lover. I was conceived in Tirunelveli, raised in Salem and at present living in Bangalore. My Husband Sendhil is a product draftsman and our lone little girl Raksha is concentrating in sixth grade. Essentially I love my mother's Nellai style/Tirunelveli plans and my MIL's tanjore/kumbakonam plans. Both are totally extraordinary in technique and taste. Prior to marriage, I have never gone into the kitchen. My sweet mother never let us know (myself and my more youthful sister, Radha) to help. So I just delighted in investing energy in my instruction, work, companions and so forth :). After marriage, my ever mindful and adorable MIL dealt with the nourishment. Be that as it may, I had consistently remained behind her and continued viewing the manner in which she cooks and make a note of the plans in my journal. The best thing with my MIL is she never squanders nourishment. She can make yummy dishes even with remains. My mother makes assortments of dishes with even taste. We have never griped her nourishment for less salt, more flavor.

As Sendhil is a foodie, I began taking a stab at dishes from Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka, North Indian, International plans and analysis them in my kitchen separated from my standard South Indian cooking. He appreciates every one of my arrangements and gives me veritable input which helped me improve my cooking abilities a ton. He is the unparalleled pundit for my nourishment :) Once I got the hang of cooking, I began investigating the universe of preparing as well. I am endeavoring eggless, simple cakes and treats. U can discover the rundown of every one of my plans in formula record. I am attempting to follow my Mom and MIL and be a decent cook at home. All things considered I began full time cooking after my girl was conceived. First I endeavored extremely basic n fundamental plans asking my mother, MIL and companions. Gradually I learnt valid dishes and began blogging the equivalent to save them as a record for my future reference and to help novices in cooking :) I began my blog in 2010 yet then I improved it into a site in 2013 and changed my website's name as The Yum Platter. Already I had named my blog as "Ratatouille-Anyone can cook". After I transformed it to site, I renamed it as "The Yum Platter" in my own character. . And still, at the end of the day I dint need to lose "Ratatouille" name in my site as it was proposed by my better half. So I have given it as a slogan in my header. I unequivocally have confidence in these words "Anybody can cook" :). Furthermore, presently by observing my blog title The Yum Platter, my perusers are asking me whether I have discharged any cookbooks and where to get them ;) Sorry, I have not distributed any cookbooks up until this point. You can discover every one of my plans in my site.
